PRODUCT CARE

You have chosen a handmade leather piece.

This garment meets the highest demands and standards of Andrea Landa´s leather legacy. Crafted from various types of leathers, colors, finishes and stamps; and made by our family of artisans using different types of handmade cuts and knits each piece has unique aspect and is its master piece.

To ensure its longevity, AL recommends you read and apply the following recommendations:

  • To preserve your leather piece, please prevent any type of contact with products made or containing: oil or alcohol-based substances such as sanitizers, cosmetics, perfumes, or disinfectants.
  • Store your garment in a textile garment cover (never in plastic)
  • Keep your garment in a dry and cool space, away from the sunlight
  • In case of rain and/or snow, gently pass a soft white cloth in one direction (never rub) and hang it up to
  • Trust the cleaning process only to a leather specialist including the upkeep and care (do not dry-clean)
  • Avoid contact and friction with light colored items

 

PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, with a valid country billing and shipping address depending on your country. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Dinners, Codensa and PSE.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or AL will not be able to process your order.

All transactions are secured via our PayU partner. The Andrea Landa website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped
  • Shipping Fees & Timing beginwhen you receive the shipping confirmation email
  • Additional validationmay be required for some orders and can delay delivery
  • Signature is requiredon all shipments, if the package is received by a doorman or employee the shipment is considered delivered.
  • To track your order, all the information will be provided in the shipping confirmation email

Shipping Fees & Timing

STANDARD

  • Fee:Complimentary for all orders over 200 USD.
  • Delivery Timing:2-10 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
  • Exceptions:

 

  • If a standard order is placed from Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the earliest it will ship is Monday
  • Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
